Course Cancellation Fee

$100 June 14, 2018 to July 14, 2018. No refund after July 14, 2018; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

Main Lodge Room Standard View Studio Suite: $335 (Extremely limited. Date restrictions may apply.)


A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only. Rates do not include 7% MT Accommodations Tax, 3% Resort Tax and 1% Tourism Promotion Assessment + 1% Whitefish Lake Institute Assessment (12% Total). Applicable taxes and fees are subject to change. Hotel sells out quickly, so plan accordingly.

• Single/Quad occupancy. Restrictions may apply for some room categories.
• 1 King bed or 2 Queen beds (based on availability)
• $40 charge per rollaway bed for extra persons (limited number available). Viking rooms with 2 beds will NOT accommodate a rollaway bed.
• All rooms are non-smoking.


DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required to hold your room. Full stay + tax will be charged by the hotel 45 days prior to arrival. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or change of reservation accepted without penalty until 17 days prior to arrival. Inside 17 days you will forfeit the entire reserved stay plus 12% tax. This includes shortening your stay or changing room type, and no-shows. Hotel policy — No exceptions allowed for any reason. Travel insurance is recommended.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
