If you haven’t received the password reset email:

Many hospital, university, and business email systems — including Mayo Clinic — may block the reset email at the server level, mistakenly flagging it as a phishing attempt. Because this happens before it reaches your inbox, the email may not appear in your spam or junk folder at all.

Please contact your IT department and ask them to whitelist our email address. If that’s not possible, we recommend using a personal email address instead.
