Yes. Instead of a refund, we can hold your tuition as a credit toward a future meeting, generally usable within 12 months. Once accounting processes it, you will receive a credit-hold letter by email showing your balance, the expiration date, and how to use it; keep this letter.

To redeem, choose your next program on our website and select Use credit from canceled meeting at checkout.

The credit in your account must be verified by our accounting department. You will receive an invoice for any difference in the tuition amount and your credit balance.

Tuition credits must be applied to another meeting PRIOR to the expiration date noted on your credit holding letter.

Please note that credit holds have no cash value, are non-refundable, and may not be transferred to another party.
