Approved refunds go back to the original credit card and may take up to 7 business days to process; check payments are refunded by mailed check. Refund eligibility follows the cancellation policy, and no-shows are not refundable.

If a refund seems delayed, contact the office and we will check with accounting (processing can be slower around holidays).
